Anchored in a vision of making everyday life easier for older people through IT solutions from 2004, was born Posifon's journey was born out of a collaboration between Peter Thörnblom and Hooman Tahamtani. Focusing on making IT accessible to older people they wanted and offer everyday solutions, the idea of using GSM and GPS technology to increase security outside the home grew.

From the development of a GPS-based alarm i 2008 to official founding in 2009, has Posifon has continued to be a driving force in welfare technology. We have expanded our portfolio of smart solutions, participated in research and EU projects, and become an innovative player in the industry. Posifon's journey is a story of passion, collaboration and continuous development.
